4. What is the difference between Masterpiece and Non-Masterpiece?
There’s a lot of difference between a Masterpiece and a Non-Masterpiece movie. For starters some Non-Masterpiece movies lack picture and sound quality or do not have any special features at all. Masterpiece movies are quality controlled items that you can expect full enjoyment from. 5. What if the movie I’m searching for is not available on the website?
If by perhaps, a movie title you are searching for is not available, you can request it thru the ‘Contact Us’ page with details and we will get an answer to you within 24 hours.
6. Will there be any delay in my order?
All orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours on business days of receiving the order. Any unavailability of titles will be immediately reported to you for any changes. Once shipped, it should take a few days depending on your shipping method.
7. What are your refund policies?
You may request for an exchange of titles which are found to be defective on first hand use. We will send you a new copy of the DVD. Please go to the ‘Contact Us’ page and fill in a report on the title and problem. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Replacements will be sent via airmail (or with your next order).
8. What is the region and format of the DVD’s that you offer?
All DVD’s are in Multi-Region/Region-Free format and can be read on any functioning DVD player, Playstation, Xbox and computer DVD-Rom.
9. Do I have to pay taxes on product(s) ordered?
We do not charge any sales taxes. However, any custom fees or import sales tax levied on any deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
10. What is the packaging of the DVD movie?
All DVD's are shipped in specially designed DVD "Sleeve Pack" with title covers. Box sets will have their own box (if any) shipped to you too.
